Last updated: 22 July 2026.

This policy explains what personal data we process when you use the netsfive.com website, why, and what your rights are. We have written it in plain language.

1. Data controller

The netsfive.com website is published by NetsFive, a SARL with share capital of 10,000 euros, registered under 480 010 669 R.C.S. Cannes (SIRET 480 010 669 00046, business code APE 82.99Z, VAT number FR89480010669), with its registered office at 50 avenue de la Quiera, 06370 Mouans-Sartoux, France. NetsFive is the controller of the processing described below.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as this is not mandatory in our case. For any question about your data, a single point of contact is available: webmaster@netsfive.com.

2. Data we process

We apply the data minimisation principle and only collect what is necessary.

  • Contact form: when you write to us through the form, we process your name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message.
  • Audience measurement: we measure website traffic for purely statistical purposes, for our sole benefit, using the WP Statistics solution configured in anonymised, cookieless mode. It produces anonymised statistics, does not allow us to identify you, does not cross-reference your data with other processing and performs no cross-site tracking. This data is aggregated.
  • Training evaluation form: when you complete this form, your responses are processed through Microsoft Forms. Microsoft then acts as a processor.

We do not collect any sensitive data, carry out no automated decision-making or profiling, and engage in no advertising prospecting or resale of data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to your requests and managing the relationship: our legitimate interest and, where applicable, your consent.
  • Measuring and improving the website audience: our legitimate interest. The solution used falls under the consent exemption provided by the CNIL for audience measurement, subject to its compliant configuration.
  • Collecting your feedback on our training: your consent.

Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

4. Recipients and processors

Your data is intended for the NetsFive team only. It may be processed by our technical providers acting as processors, in particular our host OVH (data hosted in France) and Microsoft for the training evaluation form.

Our processing takes place within the European Union. As the evaluation form is provided by Microsoft, a transfer of data outside the European Union may occur; it is then governed by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

5. Retention periods

  • Contact form messages: kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then, where a business interest justifies it, archived for up to 3 years from our last contact.
  • Audience statistics: kept for a maximum of 25 months, in line with the CNIL recommendation.
  • Training evaluation responses: kept for 12 months.

6. Cookies and trackers

This website is designed to work without any advertising tracker. We use no advertising or profiling cookies. Only trackers strictly necessary for the website to function may be set, and these do not require your consent.

Audience measurement is carried out without any tracking cookie and on an anonymised basis (WP Statistics solution). It falls under the consent exemption framed by the CNIL: statistics for the publisher’s sole benefit, anonymised data, no cross-referencing with other processing and no cross-site tracking. In line with CNIL recommendations, if an audience measurement tracker were used, its lifespan would be limited to 13 months and traffic data kept for a maximum of 25 months. We inform you of this even where no consent is required.

As no tracker subject to consent is set, the website displays no consent banner. Should such a tracker be added, a consent management tool would be put in place and this policy would be updated.

The contact form is protected against automated submissions by a technical mechanism internal to the website, of the honeypot type. It relies on no third-party service and sets no tracker.

7. Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and French data protection law, you have the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent where processing is based on it. You can exercise these rights by writing to webmaster@netsfive.com. We may ask you for proof of identity in the event of reasonable doubt.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, www.cnil.fr.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (hosting in France, restricted access, keeping the website up to date) to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.

9. Minors

The website is intended for a professional audience. We do not knowingly collect data relating to minors.

10. Contact

For any question about this policy or your personal data: webmaster@netsfive.com.

11. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal developments or changes in our practices. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
