More than twenty years in IT, seven of them leading complex projects. Cédric works as a business analyst and PMO to drive information-systems transformation (ERP, CRM, cloud), bringing IT and business stakeholders together around a shared course. He is also a court-appointed IT expert for the Aix-en-Provence Court of Appeal and the Marseille Administrative Court of Appeal.

Thirty years in the field, from major banking groups and international telecoms to start-ups. Vincent runs end-to-end digital transformations, sets up PMO organizations and trains teams over the long term. In interim management, he quickly grasps the situation and delivers concrete results.
