His approach
More than twenty years in IT, seven of them leading complex projects. Cédric works as a business analyst and PMO to support information-system transformation. His strength: bringing IT and business stakeholders together around a single direction, with rigorous method and a hands-on grounding.
Judicial expertise
Cédric is an IT expert registered with the Aix-en-Provence Court of Appeal (since 2024) and the Marseille Administrative Court of Appeal (since 2026). In that capacity, he carries out technical expert assessments within judicial and administrative proceedings.
What he takes on
Leadership of structuring IT projects: ERP replacement, CRM migration, cloud projects (Microsoft 365), infrastructure and business software.
Setting up project governance and coordinating stakeholders (IT department, business units, vendors).
Running steering committees, reporting, risk management.
Choosing the method suited to the context: waterfall, Agile or a hybrid of the two.
